Application
- JZ 500 CY control cable is significant due to its resistance against microbes. This cable is especially installed in rubbish, sewage-treatment plants, composting works, animal stalls and greenhouses. The inner sheaths of these cables raise the mechanical stress.
- Suitable for installation for flexible use for medium mechanical, stresses with free movement without tensile stress or forced movements in dry, moist and wet rooms as well as outside. The high flexibility of this cable type makes it quick and easy to install. Resistant to UV-radiation, oxygen, ozone, microbes, hydro fluoric acid, hydrochloric acid and diluted sulfuric acid. This screened cable is ideal for use in data signal transmission free from interferences for measurement and control engineering technology. Note: To optimise the EMC features we recommend a large round contact of the copper braiding on both ends.

Construction
- Tinned copper, fine wire conductors, stranded to DIN VDE 0295 cl. 5, BS 6360 cl. 5 and IEC 60228 cl. 5
- Special thermoplastic polymer core insulation Black cores with continuous numbering according to DIN VDE 0293Green-yellow earth core in the outer layer (3 cores and above)
- Cores stranded in layers with optimal length
- Inner-sheath to special thermoplastic polymer
- Screen of tinned Cu braid, coverage approx. 85%
- Outer sheath, special thermoplastic polymer
- Colour black (RAL 9005)
